Lose It

Ok, so yesterday was my first day using this new app that I downloaded on my iPhone. It is to keep track of what you eat and any exercises that you do. It adds up all your calories consumed and calories burned. You start out my entering a weight loss goal and how may pounds you want to lose a week. Then it tells you when you will accomplish that goal by and how many calories you can have daily to reach that goal. Here are the results of my first day:
