Couch To 5k
I just want to point out that I have faithfully been doing my training to run a 5k....and not stop after 15 seconds. I have been following this online Couch to 5k plan. So for 9 weeks, I am suppose to follow what they tell me to do. So while exercising, I have been having to mentally calculate when I am suppose to run and walk. WELL!....I just realized that they have an iPhone app for that! So this whole time....I could have just been concentrating on running and walking instead of how long I have been doing what and tiring myself out mentally! LOL. This app will tell me "RUN" and then "WALK" when I am suppose to. It tells me everything! So thank you iPhone, for making it easy for me to be lazy even when I am exercising! YESSSS!
