Bedroom Design Decisions!!!!
So we have lived here in Dallas since October....and I don't really have my house completed. I haven't been able to decide what I want where and blah blah blah. After church today, we went into West Elm. I have 100% decided finally on the design and decorating ethic of our bedroom!
I have already painted the main wall Gecko. It is basically like it sounds.....bright freaking green! I absolutely love it! But I knew that I didn't want to paint ALL the wall that color. I want that color to POP in my room. So on the other walls, I am going to paint a dark gray/ slate color. That is also the color of duvet cover that I want to get from West Elm! Here is a pic of it!
I have mirrored night stands....so I am wanting silver in the room as well to accentuate the mirrors. I also have mercury glass knobs on my dresser....so silver is a MUST in the room! Here are the curtains that I am gonna get!!!
Love them!!!! Absolutely perfect! Now don't freak out....but I have a black dresser and a chocolate brown rug. Yes yes yes....breaking all the matching rules....but it DOES match and I love it! I also found the bed that I want! It is on SALE at West Elm...so I gotta save my moolah and get it before they sell out! Here is a pic!
I have ALWAYS wanted a bed like this! And it is only $400! That is CRAZY cheap for a bed like this! It is perfect!
Now....to dig up the money tree and replant where it will grow quickly!!!!! LOL
